Why participate? As part of the EU Biodiversity Strategy for 2030, the EU has committed to protect at least 30% of its land area by 2030. Privately owned land will play an essential role in achieving this target. Many private landowners and NGOs are already protecting private land in Europe. Still, their contribution to the EU biodiversity targets remains underreported, the information exchange between them is often lacking, and capacity and incentives are not at the required level.
Are you a private landowner, a conservation expert or a nature-loving volunteer? If you participate in the survey, we will use your contact information to invite you to our networks’ events and participate in our activities.
