Bioblitzes
A great example of a bioblitz is a night butterfly bioblitz organized by Natuurpunt, in Belgium, to identify as many species of butterflies as possible. The following morning includes a bird watching guided tour. Click on their logo below for more information, and click on our other members logos for information about their bioblitzes.

Volunteering exchange
Sending your long term volunteers on an exchange is an excellent way for them to learn and bring back knowledge on how other organisations manage their volunteers.
Have a great foundation with your volunteers in in forestation but not in fire management? How about sending them on an exchange to experience topics your orgnisation is not yet as familiar with.
